How to make an Aphrodite’s Wrap!


1 Soft Flatbread, warmed
Hummus or Garlic Yogurt
Pomegranate Ketçhup
Fried Halloumi OR grilled Chicken chunks marinated in Pomegranate Ketçhup
Salad made with carrot, red cabbage, white cabbage, fresh Dill and Mint
Pickles (cucumber, cauliflower, turnip etc)
Pitted Kalamata Olives
Pomegranate Seeds
Good quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Layer a desired amount of each ingredient in a line in the center on the flatbread, starting with the Hummus and finishing with the Extra Virgin Olive Oil ( in the same order as above). Roll up and devour. So good!
